Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Vicharan. We are dedicated to delivering our silk blend kaftans to you as quickly and securely as possible.

1. Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer several tiers of shipping to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days

  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $200

3. North American Shipping & Location-Based Delays

We ship across Canada and the United States. Please be aware that delivery timelines are estimates and may be impacted by your specific geographic location:

  • Remote Areas: Shipments to rural area may require additional transit time beyond our standard estimates.

  • Logistical Bottlenecks: Delays may occur during peak holiday seasons or due to carrier-specific disruptions (e.g., weather events or high-volume periods).

4. Cross-Border Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For orders crossing borders:

  • Vicharan is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.

  • All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, brokerage fees, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • Note: As of early 2026, cross-border shipments may be subject to increased customs scrutiny and updated de minimis thresholds. These regulatory checks are outside of our control and may add 2–4 business days to your delivery estimate.

5. Transfer of Risk & Delivery Issues

  • Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for all products pass to the customer upon our delivery to the carrier.

  • Incorrect Addresses: Vicharan is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages resulting from an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer at checkout.

  • Stolen Packages: If your tracking information confirms "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier directly. Vicharan is not liable for packages stolen after a confirmed delivery.

6. Damaged Items

If you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods. Take clear photos of the damage and contact our support team via the Orders tab within 48 hours of delivery to file a claim.
