Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Vicharan. We offer a 7-Day return window from the date your package is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your product must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In its original packaging with all garment tags still attached.
  • Free from any scents, makeup stains, or pet hair.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance." 
  • Items returned after the 7-day window has expired.

How to Initiate a Return

Please note: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

To start a return, please follow these steps within 7 days of receiving your delivery:

  1. Log in to your account: Click on the "Orders" tab or the "My Account" icon on our website.
  2. Select your order: Find the order containing the silk blend kaftan you wish to return.
  3. Request Return: Click the "Request Return" button next to the item.
  4. Submit Details: Select the reason for your return and submit the request.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
